We have just acquired a consignment of books by Captain W.E Johns, predominately Biggles books, and a few others including Worrals and Gimlet titles.


There are various editions, by publishers including Oxford, Dean, Children’s Book Club, Brock, and Hodder & Stoughton. We also have a small number of collectable editions with dust-jackets. All at reasonable prices.

Our 2022 Calendar featuring images of Emsworth and the surrounding area is on sale in our shop. The 2021 Calendar was very popular despite the lockdown and sold out.

The Coronovirus lockdown unfortunately means that we will not be open on VE Day, but you can call or email if you would like to purchase any of the books in our window display.



We can also check our stock for any books you are looking for and we can either arrange collection or deliver locally until we are able to reopen.
